New made-to-order Palace merchandise orders

This section covers new orders of Palace clothing, mugs, phone cases, stickers and mouse pads fulfilled by Printful. Garden scissors have separate shipping terms above; previous merchandise purchases retain the terms below.

Your merchandise is made after you order. Printful estimates average production of 2–5 business days, followed by shipping. Actual timing depends on the product, production facility and destination, and may take longer. Arrival dates are not guaranteed.

Available destinations, shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Express shipping, where offered, applies after production. Products from different fulfillment partners or facilities may arrive separately, and checkout may combine shipping charges for different items.

We provide tracking when available. Please check your address before ordering and contact us immediately through our contact page for changes, cancellations, delayed or missing parcels, or damaged or incorrect items. Address changes may not be possible once production starts. If an incorrect address causes a return, we will confirm any reshipping cost with you before reshipping.

Previous merchandise orders

Orders placed before this gardening policy took effect retain their original shipping terms. The following terms apply to those previous made-to-order merchandise purchases, not to the garden scissors:

Everything in the palace is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you to buy it, which is why the timeline below starts with production rather than picking a box off a shelf.

Production

Your item is printed after you order it. Production takes 2-5 business days. You will get an order confirmation straight away, then a second email with tracking the moment your parcel leaves the production facility.

Delivery

Once your order ships, standard US delivery is 3-4 business days. So most US orders arrive within 5-10 business days of being placed. Express delivery is offered at checkout on some items and cuts the delivery leg to 1-3 business days.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Peak seasons and remote addresses can add time.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and what is in your cart. The total you see before you pay is the total you pay. Some items ship free.

Split shipments

If you order several items they may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate parcels on different days. This is normal and you are never charged extra shipping for it.

Tracking

Tracking numbers can take a day or two to go live after they are issued. If your tracking has not updated 7 days after you received it, get in touch and we will chase it for you.

Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Because items are made to order we cannot redirect a parcel once production has started. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can reship it once return postage is covered.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us with your order number and photos where relevant. We will arrange a replacement or a refund and you will not pay return postage.
